Tried 4* with 9 zones up to $160 and was unsuccessful.Started new bid for 3 1/2 stars at $115 adding $5 for rebids. Got the Crowne Plaza on the 5th bid at $135.Used Better Bidding via Support Page to get to PRICELINE for both bid series. First time user of this site as Priceline portal.
