RobynFrance Posted July 11, 2005 Report Posted July 11, 2005 Greetings,We recently got a room at Country Inn and Suites at Charlotte I-85 Airport location, identified before bidding by this web site. We appreciate the help of the site in identifying the hotel before accepting, but would like to warn others that the Hotwire rating of 2.5 stars is a bit far-fetched. The place is dump, sort of like an original Day's Inn, old tired sheets which didn't fit, cracked walls, tiny bathroom and disinterested front desk clerk. Have written to Hotwire indicating that the place is a one star at best.We suggest avoiding this property. It was no bargain.
