For the HOTWIRE offer, the Hilton, Hotel Nikko and CLIFT have been seen with this amenity set previously, although the Nikko and Hilton are more likely.

I'm guessing you're not too far off for a win in USE or USW. The hotels that have been accepted can be found on the site's Priceline Hotel List.

My guess is that you're likely looking at a win in the $135-145 range for a 4* in these zones, although I'd try $125 and $130 first.
