604slw Posted April 1, 2012 Report Posted April 1, 2012 We are planning a trip to go to Vegas 5/4 to 5/6. I am trying to stay on the strip since my mom is not able to get around as well as she used to and this is a bucket list thing for her. I was hoping for a 4* or 5* and we are needing 2 rooms. I have tried Priceline already a few times with the links and have made it up to $110 for strip north and strip south vacinity and rejected all times. I even went down to a 3 1/2*. Any tips?

AaronJB Posted April 1, 2012 Report Posted April 1, 2012 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)How many people will be in each room? Is more than one bed needed in each?My guess for the HOTWIRE listing would be the Tropicana.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Please keep all posts regarding this stay within this thread.
604slw Posted April 3, 2012 Author Report Posted April 3, 2012 Hi we will need 2 beds in each room since there are 4 people in each roomthanks
AaronJB Posted April 4, 2012 Report Posted April 4, 2012 PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy. You can use PRICELINE, but while the hotel may agree to two beds, it may not or charge more (there have been a number of reports in Vegas of both.) Would you be willing to risk possibly getting only 1 bed? With HOTWIRE, you can indicate the amount of people in the room and get bedding (commonly 2 beds, but could be 1 + sofabed or other combination) for the entire party. If you look up 2 rooms/8 adults, are there any listings of interest showing on HOTWIRE?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
