Priceline Hotel: 5* Las Vegas North Strip 06/15 or 06/22

Hi,

So I have a party of 6 people going to Las Vegas on either of these weekends (was planning 06/08 but prices are higher because of EDC), and I have a couple of questions.

1.) I am going to get 2 rooms/suites but I hope that bidding via Priceline does not have a 2 person limit per room

2.) If I luckily get 2 rooms in the same hotel, would it be possible for me to request interconnecting rooms directly to the hotel, or do interconnecting rooms work only with a 'higher' priced suite and a lower priced general room?

3.) I have been checking out the costs on a few websites and it seems to me that $150 or maybe $180 for one 5* room in Strip North would be my highest bid. What lowball offer should I start with? Can I start with $95 and go up to $150 with the 11 rebid zones are start a bit higher and go up?

If you have a party of six over two rooms, HOTWIRE would be a better option than PRICELINE - PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy, and while you can request two beds via the hotel after the reservation is made, there's no guarantee that the hotel will be willing or able to offer it. Additionally, some hotels in the Vegas area have charged more for rooms with two beds (an "upgrade fee.") Overall, there's no way to know in advance.

You can request rooms next to one another, but there's no guarantee. However, it should not be a significant request. Interconnecting rooms may be more difficult. PRICELINE/HOTWIRE reservations are only for regular/non-upgraded rooms.

If you search on HOTWIRE for your dates, are there any listings of interest?
