I would like to get my cancellation fees refunded and I would like to follow your rules strictly. I have read the email priceline.com sent to me, however I have the following additional questions:My questions are as follows:1. Do I need to select the same "star" level hotel as my original hotel bid that was cancelled? Or, can I select a higher "star" level hotel instead?2. Do I need to select in the same hotel
