Priceline Hotel: 3* San Antonio (Riverwalk) Springhill Suites San Antonio Downtown/Alamo Plaza

Started bid (using BB link) at $50 and used 10 free re-bids up to $97....no cigar. Will try again in a couple of days. Suggestions?

When bidding 3.5* in San Antonio you actually have TWELVE re-bid zones. Are you using the method outlined in Priceline Re-Bidding Explained to determine your re-bid zones?

HOTWIRE does have a 3.5* in their Riverwalk South zone for $95/nite, but this property has not yet been reported to the board and it has limited amenities, so not sure what it is and if it would be 3* or 3.5* rated on PRICELINE. As well, what i believe to be the Hotel Indigo at the Alamo is offered at $98/nite... this is 3* rated by PRICELINE but the reviews are excellent, so perhaps this would still work given that it's one of the 'better' 3* hotels in the area?

Do either of these options work for your needs? If not, what would be your maximum bid for a 3.5* on PRICELINE?

Neglected to mention that I'm bidding for 2 rooms.

Just tried again. Started at $59 and used all 12 re-bids up to $98....without success. (Used BB PRICELINE link.) Not interested in going any higher at this point. Will take another look on Sat/Sun. May end-up going non-Priceline route.(?) Thanks for your help & suggestions.

Just a FYI, Lastminutetravel.com has the Crowne Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk...4* on their site, 3.5* on Priceline for $83/nite.
