This property has not yet been reported to the board, but with only a 60% recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests i would think that you'd be better off with a different offer. Whether PRICELINE or HOTWIRE would be up to you based upon whether you needed specific amenities/features for this trip OR if lowest price is the most important factor.

I think thereuare is right, and steer clear of this one. When looking at this, I thought it might be the Holiday Inn Express or one of the condohotel resorts but you never know. At this price level there are other good choices available that are 2.5 -3 star so it wasnt worth taking a chance. My dates did have a $45/nt 2.5 star which I thought was the older Comfort Inn

Btw- I did bid Priceline for other dates for a 3 star, rejected up to $73

Did not end up using HOTWIRE / PRICELINE and stayed in a known hotel.
