Booking multiple rooms for multiple nights, then reducing amount of rooms needed

I am new to the site, but first off I want to say thank you because the map helped me a lot.

My husband and I are going to stay in a hotel from April 1-4 with adult my son and his girlfriend and our adult daughter. My daughter will be leaving on the 2nd and son on the 3rd. Is there any way to make a priceline bid to cover that time frame without having to switch hotels?

We need 3 rooms the first night 2 rooms the second night and 1 room the third night.
