Just after I booked this, I looked back at Hotwire to compare amenities listings and it is now showing $55 per room and now showing "only 8 rooms left" with "5 bookings in past 24 hrs" Makes you go hmmm. Trying out the Hotwire Price Guarantee...granted it's only 3 bucks.

As per their terms, you can't use a current HOTWIRE opaque listing to match a previous purchase for the Best Rate Guarantee (it could be argued how do you know the current offering is not a different hotel with the same amenity set).
