Looking for a 4* or a 3 1/2* hotel for one night in Downtown-Pike Place or Seattle Center area. Using the PRICELINE link as we have always used in the past. Here's how the bidding went.

We're happy with the price but a bit unhappy that we won the bid for a hotel literally on the edge of downtown, on the other side of I-5, a 30 minute walk from the ferry!

Wish we would have purchased the insurance for $5 so we could cancel. Oh well, comes with the territory when using a service like Priceline.

Nice rate for this property, although sorry to hear that the location isn't optimal. Additionally, the insurance doesn't allow you to cancel because you don't like the hotel result - it's only for "doctor's note"-style situations.
