thereuare Posted March 23, 2012 Report Posted March 23, 2012 Welcome to BetterBidding! You can't bid on a specific hotel when using PRICELINE, you have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star level (or higher) that you choose. With HOTWIRE you can often take an educated guess as to what is being offered based upon the amenities associated with the property, but it's still a 'best guess' and no guarantees you will receive the hotel you're hoping for. As well, HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone, so there is a chance the hotel you're hoping for isn't the one which is offered for your particular dates.Based upon the above let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. carolyn 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 Author Report Posted March 23, 2012 Okay~ Thanks for yor kind! I can understand 100% ! ^^* $193 USD/ night for April 04/2012 - April 11/2012* 4* Midtown east area hotel.* Amenities: Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access.* Recommended in 70% of Hotwire customer reviews.Help identify! Thanks!
thereuare Posted March 24, 2012 Report Posted March 24, 2012 The amenities for MTE property above are common for NYC and the Alex, Inter-Continental The Barclay, Omni Berkshire Hotel, Roosevelt Hotel, and W New York have all been seen with this amenity set so any of these would be likely. However, i think the one being offered here is the Roosevelt and that would be my best guess for this one, although you should at least be prepared for any of these. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
