Happily surprised to score this one. I started out bidding for the Holiday Inn New Orleans Westbank Tower after seeing a post here and it went from there.

1st bid - $49 3-star upscale in New Orleans Westbank rejected

2nd bid - $55 added Convention Center and Warehouse - Arts District and that too was rejected

3rd bid - $65 added Downtown New Orleans and that was successful!

Couldn't be happier as the price of rooms are really high for this period.

Thanks for this website!

Welcome to BetterBidding!

Congratulations on your success!

This is a very well located New Orleans hotel... it's close enough to the French Quarter in the sense that you don't miss out on anything, yet far enough away that you don't have to hear the drunkenness taking place in the streets in the middle of the nite. Rooms are not that large but they serve the purpose (as does the Herman Miller Aeron chair we had in our room for those that have to work while traveling... but not sure if all rooms are outfitted with this high-end office chair).
