Drop-Off: New York City down town, NY USA - Fri, Apr. 13, 2012 - 8:00 PM

Since I have not found much information about how to bid a car by PL, there are some questions:

1, how does the insurance work?

2. does bidding work with different pick-up and drop-off places?
