Using the PRICELINE link on the BetterBidding web site:

Started at 40 with just downtown and 3.5 stars - denied then added zones and went to 42 then 44 then 46 then 48 then 50 then 52 then 54 denied, out of zones.

Later tried again with 56 (offered 67) then 58 then accepted at 60!
