thefreeze
Hi folks, I want to double check if I have understood the re-bid process correctly.I want to bid on a 5* hotel in Las Vegas Strip North or South. I follow this process:Select 5* Strip South...Bid $80, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $85, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $90, if rejected add re-bid zone...etc etc.according to the Priceline Hotel List there are no 5* hotels in Henderson, Las vegas Airport, Fremont street vicinity, Lake Las Vegas. So if I bid for Strip South and get a reject, I can add Fremont street, increase the bid with $5 and then give it another go without any risk? Thanks for the help! thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! You have the theory correct, but the wrong implementation to determine your re-bid zones. As noted at the top of the Priceline Hotel List:DO NOT USE THIS LIST to determine what areas to add when attempting to bid again...The only want to determine your re-bid zones is detailed here: Priceline Re-Bidding ExplainedWhen bidding 5* in Las Vegas you have ELEVEN re-bid zones, please read the previous link and confirm your re-bid zones with the board, OR if you're still confused post back and we'll break it down further for you. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
