The 4.5* property matches previous reports for the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes so that would be my best guess for this one.

The 2.5* property has not yet been reported to the board, but if i were to take a guess i think the La Quinta Inn at 48th Avenue is a likely candidate among the possibilities.
