A property with just a solo Restaurant icon has not yet been reported to the board in this zone. It may be the Best Western City Centre with a limited numbers of amenities showing, but i can't be certain... if you are interested in this property but are willing to pay a few more dollars to increase your chances of receiving it, i think there is a better way to play it, but this would be my best guess for this one.
