The 3* is a match for previous reports for the La Quinta so that would be my best guess for this one.

We have not yet seen a hotel reported to the board with the amenities of the 3.5* property, but if i were to take a guess, i think the Sheraton would be a likely candidate.

How about this new one? Doesn't seem to match any exactly, maybe Hilton?

My guess is that this is the same La Quinta Pleasanton as above but showing only a limited number of the amenities it has previously been seen with.
