The property above matches previous reports for the Crowne Plaza Resort Hilton Head so that would be my best guess for this one.

When I go to the Crown Plaza web site and plug in the dates, there are no rooms available, yet hot wire is offering rooms for some hotel on that date (May 26-28)

It could always be something other than what we think, but there are times when a hotel's own website shows no availability and we do see the hotel won thru PRICELINE / HOTWIRE. This is much more the exception than the rule, so this does cast a shadow of doubt over the above property, but that would still be my best guess for this one.
