sawadee Posted March 18, 2012 Report Posted March 18, 2012 Hi !I would like to know if it's possible to book more than one room on Priceline and/or hotwire. We are planning a trip in Chicago and New York for 6 people in late october so we would need 3 rooms...Thanks in advance and keep up the good work on this amazing board :)
AaronJB Posted March 18, 2012 Report Posted March 18, 2012 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)One can book multiple rooms on each service; during the start of the search process on each service, one can indicate the amount of rooms that are being purchased. Please post threads in the New York and Illinois sections of the forum with the full details of each stay and we would be happy to help.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
Milliek Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 Yes, I booked 3 rooms today at Le Meridan. I only needed 2 with double beds, so that my kids could share a room, but I couldn't be certain that I could get double beds, I booked the extra room.
sawadee Posted April 11, 2012 Author Report Posted April 11, 2012 And is it possible to book a room with 2 double beds?
AaronJB Posted April 11, 2012 Report Posted April 11, 2012 There is no way to specify bedding on PRICELINE. Some HOTWIRE listings do have "bed choice", but this is fairly rare. PRICELINE guarantees only one bed/double occupancy - one can call to request specific bedding after booking, but the hotel could be unwilling or unable to offer it. With HOTWIRE, if one searching for more than 2 adults, there should be bedding for the entire party, but that could be 2 beds or 1 + sofabed or other combination. Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
