I tried for a 4* in Downtown Portland on Priceline but once I got to $100 and still no hotel I decided to check out hotwire.So on hotwire I ended up with the Fifty Hotel on the Willamette in downtown portland for $96. My friends tell me it's a great hotel so i'm happy. :) i'll definitely be trying hotwire again. I like that you can see the prices instead of playing the bidding game on priceline.
