thereuare Posted March 17, 2012 Report Posted March 17, 2012 Welcome to BetterBidding! If you run your HOTWIRE search again, does the first hotel (the 3.5* Strip South also show a Business amenity? If so, this is a match for the Luxor and that would be my best guess for this one.We have not yet seen a hotel reported to the board with the same description as the 4* Strip South property, but a guess would be the Mandalay Bay.The 4* Strip North property is a match for Treasure Island and that would be my best guess here. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
wickerman Posted March 19, 2012 Author Report Posted March 19, 2012 The three and a half star did have business amenities and although i would have liked to stay at the luxor i didnt think 95 was enough of a deal when i could get TI for just a little more. So i decided to see if i could get the TI booking for cheaper on priceline i tried 2 unsuccessful bids at 80 and 85 and then got Treasure Island for 88 a night...im super stoked i think i got a great deal for the fight weekend...If i had used Expedia for the same booking it would have cost me 300 bucks more!
AaronJB Posted March 20, 2012 Report Posted March 20, 2012 Congratulations on your success! Definitely a nice deal for this Vegas property! Hope you are pleased with the result and are looking forward to your stay.Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches.Enjoy your stay.
