Hotwire Hotel: 4* Philadelphia Waterfront

This seems too good to be true. I am looking for Waterfront area for two conferences back to back. 3/3/06-3/12/06. One conference is at the Sheraton Society Hill, the other is at the Hyatt Penns Landing.

4* Customer Favorite

Selected amenities include: Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Business Center.

$71 per night (This blows away the conference rate of 149/night)

Is this most likely the Hyatt?? It looks like it based on the hotel list, but the Sheraton could have added High-speed. It also seems like these hotels are right next to each other, so one should work ok , right??

Any advice on breaking this up? That way if I get a bad room, I have a chance of getting a better one.

Thanks for the coupon info too, Very familiar with Priceline, so i know that I need to really make sure I can get the dates off and get registered for the conference first. Can't imagine the the boss denying me on this one.

Will probably take a couple weeks to finalize things. Hope it's still there. But thank you for the help.
