My first bidding experience outside the US. It appears reviews are good for this property. 1st bid was $150, then re-bid in $15 increments. Got $180. Seems like good deal. Any suggestions about the property are appreciated.

Looks like a nice deal in this popular, and usually quite expensive, zone. Unfortunately it's been quite a few years since i was in London so i can't advise in that regard, but hopefully somebody more familiar than i am will add some thoughts.

I am recently back from my stay at the Intercontinental Park Lane. Here are my comments on the property.

1. Wonderful location. Adjacent to Hyde Park Corner tube stop and easy walking distance to Knightsbridge

2. Staff was very nice

3. Room as facing the courtyard, which I expected for the price paid, but very clean and nicely appointed

4. I would be delighted to have a future bid accepted by this property. Worth price paid and quite a bit more

I have stayed there a couple of times on PL wins. One of there was overlooking the courtyard, the other time I was upgraded to a club room with balcony.

It is a very nice property in a great location. You have done very well.
