Had tried previous bids for 4* downtown starting at 75ish and going up by adding $5 increments and other 'hoods. No luck :( Did this 3 or 4 times as time allowed. Finally after today's first offer of 89 I got a counter offer to add 19 and try again immediately. Took it - glad to be done with it actually!
