No, it is guaranteed to accommodate triple occupancy. While this often means two beds, it could be one bed plus a pullout sofabed, a rollaway brought into the room, etc. Would this be acceptable for your needs this trip?

as long as there are enough bed for 3 pax, a rollaway bed is fine. but that would mean the space in the room maybe cramp right?

am just worried that NYC hotels are already relatively smaller, would a 3triple pax room be a tight fit for 3 adult.

any idea which hotel are those that i mentioned previously?

Just how tight the accommodations would be really depends upon the hotel received and how the hotel accommodates triple occupancy... if a room with 2 beds or a pullout sofabed then typically won't take any additional room since the pullout can be closed up during the day time... if a rollaway it may have a tendency to get in the way, although the last variety i had stood upright against the wall when not in use.

No guess for the 2* CPS and 3* Downtown hotels... but the 3* MTC property matches previous reports for the Holiday Inn Midtown 57th St so this would be my best guess for here.
