Amenities are: Boutique Hotel, Smoke Free Rooms, Complimentary Breakfast, High Speed Internet Access. Cost $98 per night. Used the Better Bidding portal to access Hotwire. What is this hotel?

I ended up not going with this option due to the unknown nature of what the hotel might be.  I booked directly with The Brookshire Suites in Baltimore.  It was a bit expensive but was centrally located.  There was some metal grates on the road outside, and they made a horribly loud noise all night long.
