While you're certain free to add comments to another user's thread, i assume you are inquiring for your own upcoming trip, and we've found the board remains better organized if each user posts the details for their own stay in their own thread (and this way when a hotel is actually purchased, all the posts/questions/details leading up to that purchase are in one place so future readers can see the full picture of the road followed to the ultimate purchase, and the topic title of the thread can be edited according to reflect the purchase... the topic title of this thread is this thread will be used for jtorty's ultimate purchase (although it's unclear if s/he will be back to follow-up this thread :( ))
