charliemonkey Posted March 8, 2012 Report Posted March 8, 2012 I am looking for a hotel somewhere in between New Providence, NJ and Central Park, NY (two of my destinations). I am very flexible in location but within that general vicinity would be great. Any suggestions? If there are any great deals on 2 1/2*, 3*, or 3 1/2* in this area please let me know! Thanks!

charliemonkey Posted March 9, 2012 Author Report Posted March 9, 2012 We would like to find the lowest price hotel that is 2.5* or better in this area. Thanks! The dates for travel are 3/9 through 3/11. Our expected budget is about $50 per night.
thereuare Posted March 9, 2012 Report Posted March 9, 2012 Airport locations are often the least expensive, but given this is a weekend stay you might be able to get a hotel in this region that caters to a business park and therefore has very cheap rates on the weekend. If you start with the Newark, NJ zone (enter "EWR" in the search box on the top right of the board) which zones are you willing to accept? If you then further look below the map on the PRICELINE page there are other regions (or you can click the shaded boundaries of the other regions) while heading west towards 'New Providence'... what other region/zones are you willing to accept? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
