stiffnay Posted March 7, 2012 Report Posted March 7, 2012 I was hoping for the Grand Hyatt since I've stayed there in the past and quite enjoyed the convenience of hopping on the subway and their modern style rooms. Anyone with experience staying at The Barclay have anything to say about this property? Looks too old to be a 4 star...
AaronJB Posted March 7, 2012 Report Posted March 7, 2012 Congrats on your success and Welcome to Betterbidding. :)Good deal for a busier set of dates. I haven't stayed at the property, but it gets pretty good reviews for New York (where prices - and as a result, expectations - are high), and is in a very nice location in MTE.Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches.Enjoy your stay.
thereuare Posted March 8, 2012 Report Posted March 8, 2012 You're also near my often recommended Ess-A-Bagel (Third Ave at 51st St) which has one of the best bagels in the city, makes for a nice, and relatively inexpensive, breakfast among local NYers.Have a great trip! Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
