RMN Posted March 11, 2012 Author Report Posted March 11, 2012 Totally disappointed with priceline. Be careful withstar rating and districts when bidding. Wanted to book a hotelin Las Vegas. If you bid and check the star rating of the hotelsbefore bidding in the 15th region (Summerlin) for Vegas, it says that there are no4-star and 5-star hotels available in this region. Surprisingly got a hotelin this region (JW MARRIOTT) after bidding and marked only 4-star and 5-star hotelsfor the regions I chose. Called the customer service and they say sinceit is a resort doesn't show up in the star rating for bidding. If that's thecase then Priceline is not honest with the star rating of the hotels and districtsyou choose. Be careful when bidding since they don't care about customers.
