Data for this area indicated that most wins in this zone / this category were >$80, so i thought it'll still be a while to go with $75. Got it first bid... oh well, makes me wonder whether i could have started lower perhaps coz it's just one night

No, it is in the lists and listed as Resort (inbetween the Gaylord and the Hyatt)

This hotel has appeared for less than $80 in the past and a good example of how rates, both opaque and traditional, are date specific and somebody else's win or bidding strategy shouldn't be used for a different set of dates (direct rates start at $89/nite)
