The 3.5* Wailea-Makena property matches previous reports for the Wailea Grand Champion Villas so that would be my best guess for this one.

The 4* Kapalua property has not yet been reported to the board, are you willing to spend $240+/nite for this trip (vs. the Wailea property at $145/nite?)
