Jwc2165 Posted March 5, 2012 Report Posted March 5, 2012 How come Hotwire for Times Sqaure in New York City have hotels that are on multiple star ratings? The Intercontintel is on three. 4 Star, 41/2 star, and five star. Then there are others on 4 and 41/2 and some on 41/2 and 5
