I suspected this would be "Sheraton at the Falls", but the price on the Sheraton website is only $119.

The Sheraton and Holiday Inn have been seen with this amenity set previously. The Sheraton could be a possibility - if you are looking for four adults in the room, that will cause higher rates due to extra person fees. On the hotel website, when searching for this date, I'm seeing the lowest rate at $139 for these dates, but type in four and it jumps to $159.
