A 3.5* property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board.

It's been speculated that it may be one of the Sheraton properties (either Sheraton City Center or Sheraton University City) with a new amenity set, and this would be my best guess, but thus far nobody has reported either of these with this new amenity set.
