First bid of $54 was rejected, but priceline gave me a "one-time" offer allowing me to increase my bid to $64 with no other changes required on my bid. After careful consideration, I decided I could win the room for $60. I added another zone to my offer that did not have a 4-star hotel in it ... and won the $60 bid on the second try!
