Pricelined this for an overnight trip to see family in the Pittsburgh area. We've had good luck in getting the Springhill Suites in State College, PA via Priceline previously and figured this hotel would be similar.

This West Mifflin Springhill Suites is about 25-30 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. It is convenient to the Century III Mall and surrounding shopping centers. The Waterfront shopping area is approximately 15 minutes away.

The Good: The room was clean; with minor wear around the tub/shower. Check-in was quick and simple. Breakfast buffet was pretty extensive for a free amenity; included were cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cold cereal, muffins/pastries and the make-your-own waffle station. Free coffee/tea 24 hours/day. Cookies in the lobby. :)

Also, the general manager was very apologetic about the broken toilet on the second floor, which kept us awake for half the night (see The Ugly, below.)

The Bad: There was possible Priceline discrimination as my wife and I were given 2 double beds originally. We asked to be switched to a single king room; the front desk clerks were a bit apprehensive at first but did comply with our request (after a "sometimes the single-bed rooms cost more and we can't switch you" lecture/warning/whatever.) The room wasn't quite as new-feeling as in the State College Springhill Suites. The room's heating/cooling unit had a loud-ish fan and was quite close to the bed. Note to those who like their room to be very dark: there was BRIGHT light all night outside our room's (111) window that the drapes couldn't quite block out.

The Ugly: Unfortunately, a toilet was broken/stuck on the floor above us and continuously flushed/refilled from about 1:00am until 7:00am. The overnight desk clerk was unable to do anything about this. However, the GM was very apologetic at breakfast and offered to discount our room rate; however, since we Pricelined this stay, he wasn't able to take anything off of our rate.

Summary: We would use this hotel again, if we are going to be in the area (though we might ask for the top floor!)
