My guess, given the 'boutique' status, is that it is not a major chain property and is a smaller, independetnly owned property (which when they have 'boutique' status i tend to avoid).There is a 3.5* available thru Hotwire for only an extra $10 and it seems that would be money well spent for a full upgrade in star rating. Better yet, if your budget allows, a 4* on Priceline can also often be had for just a bit more than that.Let us know if you need help in that regard.
