midwestjo
I usually book all my hotels through Priceline, but have never done a car before. I'm an executive with National and love their service, so I stick with them. However, the rates in Denver for this week have been insane! After checking and rechecking I finally decided to go with Priceline. I bid $27/day for a midsize and was told they would accept $31/day or I could rebid for another type of car. I bid $29/day for a standard and it was accepted. With all the taxes it is still $50 cheaper than Hotwire and $160 cheaper than the best rate I could get with National.Subtotal: $145.00Taxes and Fees: $55.03Total Charges: $200.03Edit: just realized my dates are wrong, should be 3/1-3/6 Link to comment
