On the first bid they wanted me to add $7 to my $28 bid. :) (and they would accept nothing less than $7). Knowing I had another zone to rebid, I started over and added Rock Island and upped my bid to $30. Strangely it took a long time (10 min.?) before they accepted my offer. :) $30.00 bid $ 9.07 fees and taxes------------ $39.07 total
