Hotwire Hotel: 4* Universal Orlando - I-drive North area hotel $104

I am considering this room for $104 night. But we are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids (4,6 & 9). Is there a way to know if I will get a room with 2 beds? A room with a single king will not do it. Any clues of the hotel?

I am searching for a single room with 2 adults and 2 childrens. There is no option for 3 childrens. Since I have small kids (4, 6 & 9) we can fit all 5 in two beds. My concern is not to get aroom with a single bed but a room with two beds. Two full or 2 queen beds will work for us. Looks like the hotel can be the Crown Plaza Universal.

Please provide the full list of amenities showing with the listing and we would be happy to try to ID.

If you select two adults and two children, that ensures bedding (which is commonly two beds, but could be 1 + sofabed or other option.) In terms of having more than four, that is a risk (less in Orlando than in New York City, for example, but still a risk) and I wouldn't have everyone come up to check in at once.

Amenities are: Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High Speed Internet. Would it be better to put 4 adults as oppese to 2 Adults and 2 Kids at the time of booking to get a better change to get 2 beds. After I book in Hotwire can I call the Hotel with the Hotwire reservation to make sure I get a room with 2 beds?

That's what my brother told me about check in. Most likely I will go by myself. I choose other hotel in Kayak that its room fits 5(this is for a different stay) but I can't confirm first in Hotwire. When using Kayak I call the hotel first before booking. I am just ttrying to get a nicer hotel for the about same price (about ~100 night + fees). That hotel is actually the most expensive Hotwire shows for Int Drive North Area in that period of time.

The hotel / HOTWIRE doesn't differentiate between 2adults/2children vs. 4adults... each is simply viewed as 'quad occupancy'.

Best guess for the hotel above would be the Crowne Plaza. HOTWIRE guarantees that the room will accommodate quad occupancy (the number of people you included in your search) but it's possible that this could be a room with one bed plus a pullout sofabed, rollaway brought into the room, etc.

After your purchase is made you could call the hotel and request a room with two beds, but the hotel could say no, not be willing or able to accommodate your request, or charge extra for a room with two 'actual' beds. (or charge more if they discover you're actually 5 guests).

Yes same trip. I have not choose hotel yet. This one has a different location and better price. 2 Adults and 2 Childrens.
