thereuare Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 Please keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread....when is the best time to book a hotel room in New York City?If you've take a guess as to the hotel and it's one that you want, and is a good deal vs. a covnentionally booked room, then book it! Nobody can see if rates will go up or down between now and your trip, but if you see something that is a value and a hotel that you'd like, by waiting for another $10 savings the hotel could disappear entirely and be replaced by 1) something you might not like as much, or 2) something more expensive. The 3.5* MTC property matches previous reports for the Club Quarters Midtown, Club Quarters Rockefeller Center, and the Manhattan Centre Hotel, so any of these would be my best guess for this one. I think the Club Quarters Midtown is the most likely of the three, but you should be prepared for any of these. The 4* Chelsea property matches both the Ramada New Yorker and the Dobletree Chelsea, so either of these would be my guess here. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
