Cjl1411 Posted February 21, 2012 Author Report Posted February 21, 2012 It was the inter continental the barclay, thanks a lot for your help and I used the HOTWIRE links.
thereuare Posted February 21, 2012 Report Posted February 21, 2012 Congratulations on your success! Glad to see you received one of the hotels you were hoping for and that this property will work well for your needs. You're also near my often recommended Ess-A-Bagel (Third Ave at 51st St) which has one of the best bagels in the city, makes for a nice, and relatively inexpensive, breakfast among local NYers. As well, since you're here a few nites, if you're adventurous you may also want to try the famous on the southwest corner of 53rd and Sixth Ave which isn't too far from your hotel either (but you want the cart that is there 7:30pm-4am (yes, those are the correct times, they built a reputation with the taxi drivers and it has grown from there, almost always a line))... NOTE: the hot sauce is hot!!!Thank you for sharing your results and using the HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your purchase. Enjoy your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
