In terms of the Central Park listing, The Bentley has been reported to the board with this amenity set previously, so that would be my guess. The 2.5* Downtown/Soho has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. It may be something like the Best Western Bowery Hanbee, but that would be just a guess and it may be a different hotel.
