bimmerbryan Posted February 16, 2012 Report Posted February 16, 2012 I would like to stay at a 4* in Beverly Hills, or Westwood Century City, or Santa Monica or possibly Hollywood during this time period. I would like to keep it to $125 per night but so far have not had any success. Has anyone secured a 4* hotel during this time period? If so, what are you bidding? Thanks in advance!

bimmerbryan Posted February 20, 2012 Author Report Posted February 20, 2012 Thanks! This thread can be closed now as I secured these two nights. I will post the winning bids in a new thread.
bimmerbryan Posted February 20, 2012 Author Report Posted February 20, 2012 I originally wanted two nights but after bidding up to $135 without any takers, I decided to try bidding one night at a time. I used the PRICELINE link on this forum and started off at $100, then $105, and then got the Palomar at $110. Priceline gave me the option to try for a second night but it did not go through. I stayed at the Palomar last year and really enjoyed it so I'm looking forward to this stay. I used the PRICELINE link on this site and it was straightforward and took me right to the bidding page. Thanks to this forum for describing how to re-bid using other zones!
