Need help identifying the following hotel on hotwire

Star Level: 2.5

Area: Metro Center - Phoenix North - Deer Valley

Amenities Listed: Smoke Free Rooms, Continental Breakfast, High Speed Internet

This property has not yet been reported to the board.

I think the Comfort Suites at Metro Center is a likely candidate among the possibilities, and this would be my best guess for this one.

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

Thank you for your thoughts! You have great ideas that I will most likely try after consulting with my traveling group. Comfort suites would work perfect if that is the case! Do you think this could be an extended stay hotel of any kind? Or do those usually have kitchenette as an amenity listed?

Given the opaque nature of the service, there isn't a particular amenity or amenities that would necessarily suggest an "extended stay" property (an Embassy Suite may not show breakfast despite it offering breakfast, etc.)

The property has not yet gotten any reviews from HOTWIRE customers, which may suggest a new hotel to the service. However, the hotel does get 4/5 on tripadvisor, so at least it does get good reviews (the TA rating is showing on the detail page for the listing.)

After trying one last time on priceline, we got a bite. 2.5 star Holiday Inn North Phoenix for $63.00 per night.

The property we won is called Holiday Inn North Phoenix. The address is 12027 North 28Th Drive Phoenix, AZ 85029.

Although I wasn't the one in my traveling party to win this bid, I believe it is a 2.5 star hotel in the Metro Center - North Phoenix area. Exactly the area we wanted to be! :)

My next task is to bid airport for our last 3 nights. I will definitely use the links provided when trying. Thanks for your help!
