Just a little concerned we'll get one of their 'pod' rooms as we are a family of 3. Any experiences?

Very nice result for this NYC property. PRICELINE reservations only guarantee 1 bed/double occupancy and unfortunately, this may be for a small room. I would call/write the hotel in advance and see what the situation is with room assignment and if you can negotiate with them.

I've never worried about it before and never paid attention to the one bed/double occ. fine print.

It won't be the end of the world, but I'm hopeful as it seems the hotel is empty that weekend. I'll let you know how they respond to my request.
