wetravel
2* North Disneylandcomplimentary breakfast, pool(s)$54.00 per night x 5 night(s) $270.00 Hotel Taxes and fees: $32.95 Hotel Subtotal $302.95 July 14-19 2005We were really hoping this would be the Comfort Inn & Suites but were disappointed to find this was Fairfeild Inn in PLACENTIA. :) Because they are too far away to have a shuttle to Disneyland, and because even the airport bus doesn't go there, we ended up having to rent a car ..... so much for our budget! :) At least the rental was only $29.95 per day. Hope this helps someone else Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!Thank you for sharing your results with the rest of the board and helping others identify this property before purchase (and avoid it if they so desire). This hotel does not match the amenties of the Comfort Inn and Suites so it should have been assumed that this would not be that property.Hopefully you'll enjoy your stay. bbbb
Did you bid for a car? You can't beat $30 per day? Link to comment
Guest aldo
The good thing about this location is that you can take surface streets to Disneyland instead of the freeway. It's really not very far, just ask the front desk for directions. My in-laws live around the corner from this hotel- it's not that bad. At least you get free parking and breakfast. As bbbb notes, maybe you can try for a cheaper car rental by bidding on PL, through Hotwire, or by using one of the coupons from the Entertainment Book direct. wetravel
Back from our trip to Disneyland. The hotel was good, very clean and helpful service. The breakfast was great too. Not much sound-proofing between the hotel rooms though, we could hear the sliding bathroom door close, both upstairs and downstairs from us. We did bid on a car, with Hotwire and the trip to Disney was easy and only about a 15 minute drive. Link to comment
